NOTE
12 - LEASE AGREEMENT During the three months ended September 30, 2017 and 2016, rent expense was $15,000 . July 1, 2013 the Company entered into a lease agreement whereby the Company is the lessee of office space. The agreement expires on June 30, 2018 , and monthly payments are $2,500. Future minimum lease payments are as follows:
